Family Planning Interventions:
Family Planning is one of the most important and
vital components of Rainbow Nari O Shishu Kalyan Foundation health
program. The program staff put their earnest efforts to raise awareness
about the benefits of having a small family and to increase the percentage
of users of family planning devices through motivation.
The community based program of Rainbow Nari O Shishu
Kalyan Foundation was registered under the BCC Network of Bangladesh.
Therefore, the program staff provided training of the use of
contraceptives and distributed the materials (in a small scale) among the
fertile couples within the target groups. This service by us has been
popularized in the project areas. |
